Courtney and Phil’s wedding at The Wedding Foundry was a heartfelt celebration of love and community. As Hudson Valley locals, they chose to get married close to home, surrounded by family, friends, and the natural beauty of Liberty View Farm. Their love story, which began during college, was reflected in every thoughtful detail of their special day.

Guests were welcomed with an elegant grazing table featuring an assortment of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, and more—a perfect way to kick off the evening. This was followed by our signature wood-fired pizzas and organic farm-fresh salads, offering a feast of flavors that showcased The Wedding Foundry’s commitment to delicious and memorable dining experiences. For dessert, an irresistible selection of sweet treats delighted everyone. A particularly touching moment came when the couple surprised a close friend with a slice of cake and led everyone in singing “Happy Birthday,” filling the evening with even more joy and laughter.

One of the most unique and thoughtful additions to Courtney and Phil’s wedding was the flower bar. Guests were invited to create their own take-home bouquets using flowers grown on the farm or sourced locally. This special touch not only added a creative and interactive element to the celebration but also highlighted the couple’s love for the Hudson Valley and its vibrant community of growers and artisans.

As the sun set, the glowing cauldrons illuminated the orchard, casting a magical ambiance over the festivities. Courtney and Phil shared a tender first dance and heartwarming parent dances, moments that beautifully captured the love they share with one another and their families.
